TRAINING

The CST provides training services aimed at both the catalog and to order training experience that pre-to post-experience. The Centre acts dealing with the entire training process, from design to delivery:

Design. Skills needs analysis, design and preparation of corsuali architectures, training courses and training modules in response to the specific needs of customers / users;

Realization. The teaching approach is always highly operational albeit in a context of absolute rigor and teaching method / science.

The training programs are tailored on the needs of users and can be structured in: qualification courses, retraining and professional management, updating seminars, workshops, training courses for trainers, training courses aimed at the creation of integrated enterprise, work-experience , and support the project.
The advice includes the training needs analysis, implementation of the project idea, tutoring, guidance and assistance to interns, placement.

In 2011 was created the new brand CST Business School to offer the market an education more innovative and differentiated, directed in a targeted manner to target different question from young graduates to those already working in the tourism and business governance in public service organizations responsible tourism.
So, for a training extremely diverse themes and types of courses: Master in Business Administration from the different lengths of training steps designed for specific business needs.
The themes are selected taking into account the real training gaps that the experience of CST and continuous contact with the world of tourism businesses allows us to identify and propose the skills that help increase the competitiveness of tourism enterprises and destinations.
