The consultancy is aimed at organizations in both public and private tourism business. Consulting services are provided in the areas of marketing and communications, with particular attention to the potential of new tools offered by Internet and mobile phone, distribution, legislation, the revenue management, quality management, IT management and management control.

Even the technical assistance is targeted to the world public and private sectors of tourism and consists mainly in the implementation of actions "customized" to support the acquisition of operational skills and implementation of processes for upgrading of local tourism policies according to the logic the best models of destination management.


RESEARCH

The research is inherent to educational and consulting services performed by the CST and is a permanent collection available to users of the Centre's services.
The research is directed towards various areas including the identification of training needs and professional qualifications of the various sectors of the tourism sector, the construction of community projects on issues of transparency of qualifications and skills and on accessible tourism, the development observers for the thematic analysis of the tourism system at local level.
Privileged subjects of analysis are the new forms of tourist use of the land, the most advanced business management techniques, such as revenue management and destination management models.


TRAINING

The CST provides training services aimed at both the catalog and to order training experience that pre-to post-experience. The Centre acts dealing with the entire training process, from design to delivery:

Design. Skills needs analysis, design and preparation of corsuali architectures, training courses and training modules in response to the specific needs of customers / users;

Realization. The teaching approach is always highly operational albeit in a context of absolute rigor and teaching method / science.

The training programs are tailored on the needs of users and can be structured in: qualification courses, retraining and professional management, updating seminars, workshops, training courses for trainers, training courses aimed at the creation of integrated enterprise, work-experience , and support the project.
The advice includes the training needs analysis, implementation of the project idea, tutoring, guidance and assistance to interns, placement.
